Do you have any limb movement issues? Just asking because it seems the better my OSA is treated, the worse my Periodic Limb Movements Disorder seems to act. If anything affects your sleep stages, like pain or medications, tiredness can persist with even the best numbers. Sometimes it's a process of elimination, starting with being sure the OSA treatment is effective. Best wishes in finding answers.
